I have restarted the app numerous times, and, not to say that I am in high demand or anything, have received no requests or snaps at all in the past week. It it getting to the point that I added the same person about 4 times because I thought the issue was on my end. It became increasingly frustrating, as I was wasting my gems on someone who I had already added once. That’s when I started to notice that I would see the person I attempted to add before come up and be recommended to me again. I kept adding people, or requesting for their snap, and it seemed like the request would go through. I went on it about everyday, until recently it stopped working the way it should. I’ve been seeing these accounts for as long as I’d have the app, about 2 weeks. A side note, I see many profiles advertising a child porn website when I’m scrolling through, and every time I see them I report the account and block it, but the user making these account keeps making them and making your app look pretty bad so I’d think you’d want to do something about it. Overall this app is decent at best, and incredibly underdeveloped for its popularity. Please fix this bug, or change it if it is intact a feature. I am not mistaken in finding this, and it can be extremely annoying as someone could have something that doesn’t show any Thing about them except for a picture of their face. I also think it’s strange that after I ask to see someone’s snap and they accept the request, which then leads to a notification showing their name and saying to either add they snap or decline, sometimes it doesn’t give me the ability to see more then the persons first picture. Features such as having the option to only show people near you, or the ability to have a bio to say something about yourself, would make the app serve it’s purpose to make friends much more efficiently. I assume making the app less like a dating app serves fixes to legal problems, but it makes the app much less enjoyable.

My Update 2021, this app is rarely showing child porn ads but now it’s catfishes literally fake accounts using the same photos, I’ve added the same few people at least 6 times I would remove people cause they were absolutely terrible at communication or they were weird horny teenage girls I’m 17 and I don’t like how 14 year olds show up on my feed it’s weird same with 15 year olds can y’all idk fix ur app you haven’t updated in a month? Add a age slider like tinder has lol. I keep seeing the same person after I like them, not to mention I keep seeing the same people over and over again I’ll x a few people and 5 people later they will be there again.
Was a great app, I keep seeing child porn advertisements and I report them but I keep seeing more, it makes you guys look really bad😂😂 It has been going on for months, you took out features to add people near you which was dumb on y’all’s end but I see why due to legal issues that could arise.
